Hi fishes, I have 4 YOE in manual, automation and accessibility testing, im more interested in cloud tech so I started learning AWS technologies now I know concepts of EC2, S3, EC2 adv, VPC, RDS, Elb, ASG, IAM, Redshift(dont have handson).I am planning to switch over to other company. So How much salary I can expect?Is there anything need to do to get more opportunities but I have less time only(in 3 months notice period) Any suggestions please. Hey All. Have first round of interview scheduled with American Express in few days. Tech stack: Java/Spring/SpringBoot. Current YoE: 4.4 years. It mostly depends on ur current ctc. Gone are those days when companies used to pay as per their own standards and budget.
The most recent work experience you have is the most important thing. As in, which company you worked at, what level you were, and what your salary was. I would pitch yourself from that standpoint and then fill in with the rest. Most companies are looking for what they feel is "hot stuff".
