How much can i expect from J P MORGAN and Chase, having current CTC as 19 Lpa?

Hi, I’m in a field where there are very few foreigners. I’ve been in this country since teenage years but I’m still on h1b (but most employers would think I’m already a citizen because they just don’t encounter many candidates who are not Americans in the field). At what point should I inform a potential employer that I need visa sponsorship? I was told I should wait to tell until I get an offer. Is that right?

Got H1B lottery picked up last year (2021). Now I have an approved petition. But I am not holding visa.

In this situation - can I able to switch company? Can I able to change the petitioner(new employer) in this approved petition?

(1) can a person at MasterCard date someone working for a competitor (AmEx) or merchant partner (any company that accepts MasterCard ex: Google) ?
