Hello, newbie here
Hello! Is anyone working at Spotify or HubSpot within product/project management that would be willing to connect for a virtual coffee chat?
I’m a recent grad and currently working in tech/product development. I have been interested in growing my career at either of these companies and would be grateful to gain insight on day-to-day and steps you took to successfully break in.
I know this might be a big ask here, but it’s been difficult trying to land one on LinkedIn. Thanks in advance

In the UK, in Tech I would say anywhere between £60-75k.
While an MBA may help you get interviews, you don’t necessarily need an MBA to work in product marketing. Instead you just need to be good at creating messaging and understanding GTM strategies.
A faster way to getting into PMM is by networking with those teams in your current org.
As for salary, it’s hard to say without knowing industry, geography, total YOE, etc
How many YOE before MBA?
So screw the MBA then. Should I just join a startup or start a business, then try to pivot into a PMM or PM role?
Maybe 90-100K in the US at non-FAANG
An MBA is a good investment if you have a non-business undergrad, but it’s really just a couple more years of business classes. I don’t see a difference in work quality between people with an MBA vs those with a BBA.
Meta is close to 220 from my understanding and so is Google (don’t have a lot of PMM though) , other big tech m (Msft, Amazon, sfdc) may be closer to 170-200.
