I got offer from KPMG India LLP. They initially told it will be Assistant manager Designation but in offer it is Senior. I am into SAP consulting. Total experience : 7 yrs.

I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

It's been a week the hr has not reverted back.
My friend dropped mails still they are asking to fill up some forms.
After how many days does hr discussion take place?
