This post is totally the definition of privilege, but I want to spend a small % of my bonus on something that’s just for ME (not house, car, daycare, practical, etc). Any suggestions for fun things?

4 years at Accenture were stressful, left to go to Deloitte for $22k salary bump and hope for better culture, then COVID layoff happened. If I try returning to Accenture, which is the best division to try returning to (with generic consulting skills) and why? Not looking for "division spirit/pride," looking for insight into which divisions have better pay/culture/WLB/etc. (constructive replies only please, I realize I sound like a 🤡)
Been @ EY a month (frm PWC) as a sr. D wants to bring me in as a M (random LinkedIn post). What salary range should I expect? I said I need 150-175k. Realistic for 7yrs, 4yr consulting non target MBA?
Fortunate to be deciding btw 3 offers and trying to decide what offer to go with. I don’t want comp to be part of the discussion at all because I’ve made some pretty bad moves in the past purely based on going with highest comp offer. 1. Senior Manager, Business Transformation (LinkedIn), 2. Principal - Business Operations & Strategic Program Management (Intuit), 3. Executive Director - Business Transformation (JP Morgan). What role would you pick solely based on the company and the role? Thanks
Strategy Director: Media vs Agency Side I’m currently an Associate Strategy Director on the ad agency but a few media shops have reached out about joining in a strategy director role. For people who have done both sides, any pros and cons on switching from agency to media strategy.

If you're looking to transfer to another office location how do you communicate that? Do you start applying for the jobs first or do you talk to leadership in your current role first?

So I’m about a year out and a half out from university and currently work for Cenlar. As time grew in, I really don’t like my job anymore and want to leave. Have been on 30+ interviews but can’t seem to find what I’m doing wrong. Looking for sales support/ops roles within financial services/tech/consulting since I was an Econ major. So far, haven’t been able to land anything and have been looking since January. Any help? This job has really mentally put me in a dark place DESPERATELY wanna leave
The good: middle seat open. The bad: there’s a kid behind me kicking my chair. The ugly: it *reeks* of BO on the plane. All in all this is probably one of my better flights. 🤷♀️
I am really interested in the PM position at Microsoft - 3years at Deloitte, have performed well throughout, and experienced in product delivery/program management. Anyone at MS willing to chat and potentially make a referral? Please let me know!

Welcome! What is your favorite part(s) of living in Boston or the surrounding area? For me it’s the culture, sports teams, and the history.
Partners (at Deloitte at least), are you all trained to refer to everyone as “good people” when speaking to them? I find it a bit disingenuous when Partners who I just met tell me I’m “good people”, “do great work”. I just scheduled a first networking call with you, or got pulled in to your project 2 seconds ago. I know you barely know me 😆
Anyone actually keep their PHR active? I got my cert in 2013 and have done nothing since.
