How much CTC should expect from HCL for 7.4YOE and which band please suggest

Hi everyone! I am a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and have been with my company for a bit over a year and a half. I am one of the few that has stayed this long, 1 of 2 bilingual techs, and there’s been a high turn over rate in technicians since I’ve start but it has increased drastically lately so in light of that I was thinking of asking for a raise. I currently get paid $21/hr. Any recommendations how I should go about asking for a raise, how much more I should ask for, etc.?

Just watched the replay of the UFC fight on Friday night (Waterson vs. Hill) and the funniest thing of the last six months was listening to Bruce Buffer going full Bruce Buffer, screaming like it’s 20,000 people when there is only about 25. 😂 On a side note, holy shit these girls can fight!! I haven’t watched UFC in a few years and don’t remember everyone being so fast and strong and just brutal. I outweigh them by 150+ pounds and they would annihilate me in about 10 seconds. Hi, I’m currently working in Infosys (4 YOE). Now I have two offers one from Eurofins(14LPA) and one from EY(16LPA). I wanted to get placed in Product Based. I gave interview in EY thinking its product based but just came to know its service based. Please advise whether I should go for Eurofins as its a product based or EY as its a better offer.
