Hi. I have cleared the TR and MR in TCS for data engineer post on Dec 8th. And received a mail to upload my documents in the ibegin portal. After uploading, my documents have been verified on Dec 9th. The status now is "Screening - resume shortlisted". Can anyone please let me know what is going on at the back and when can I expect the HR discussion?

Folks still here don't say much (because there's no time to), but those who've 'flown the coop' would not disagree.
The culture: has changed.
The system: is down.
It's a sweat shop, dude. Butts-in-seats work. They don't give a shit about their employees, that's all I'm saying.
BAH would have been fine, especially since they were already so prominent in the IC and DoD space.
I wasn’t here before but this is not bad from what I have observed
My father in law has worked for them for over 20 years and lamented the sale for a long time. Many of the people he worked with were let go and the morale bottomed out due to the change.
The downturn in the federal marketplace thanks to the broader economic recession had a way bigger impact on exits, cost cutting than the transaction with Carlyle. I endured another similar transaction at another professional services firm - and it was brutal; Booz Allen did it differently - and in a way the most can’t or won’t. An interesting indicator of the success of the transaction for the current Booz Allen: the commercial spin off - Booz and Co - fell apart and was sold off again a several years after.
I worked at BAH post-sale. There was one butts-in-seats engagement in my time there that lasted 3 months (congrats to IBM for winning the recompete on that dog). Otherwise I worked on some pretty interesting, strategic work.
I’m not saying that’s the norm, but that was my experience.
