I am done with all my rounds at S&P Global and shared my documents to HR. No one has asked about my expected salary yet. Is this usual in their process. How much can I ask for an experience of 9 years. How many days does it take to release the offer and what is the slary structure.

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I feel like once I mentioned my pregnancy I was in a holding pattern.

Applied for a B4 senior forensic role, but was not even granted an interview after my initial phone screen with HR; I’m confused why because i thought they needed bodies. My background includes 4 years of forensic experience on multiple investigations and program oversights, 5 years in other professional, non-forensic roles, and i have both a CFE and a CPA under my belt. 5 month ago I joined Ceridian IT as remote. Due to nature of work, I have very little to no involvement with other parts of my team. I like what I do, pay is ok, manager is not so involved. That’s pretty much my life rn. With all the news about recession and what not, what do you think about Ceridian’s future?
