Our company is considering hiring offshore technical resources. Can anyone recommend a company that can help us determine where it makes most sense, start up costs, process, legal/tax, timeline, etc.? We’re not sure where to start. We are a smaller company, probably looking to start with 5 to 15 resources, then potentially grow from there
4500 SF, budgeting $60k
we have a 3,500 sq ft home and have been here a year and have spent like $5k on some furniture and painting but have not fully finished any of the rooms. Most are usable with old furniture though…we’re super frugal so going very slowly. If we were going to actually do what we wanted without thinking of cost I’d spend $60k or more. In reality we’ll maybe spend $30k over the next 10 years lmao.

This! I’m doing something very similar. Besides just being frugal I feel like I need to take my time selecting what I want to bring into my home. I don’t want to just buy a complete run from a catalog. I want it to be full of pieces that are special to my husband and I.
I highly recommend finding good consignment shops - you can find great pieces and save substantial money that way. Plus, with the ridiculous wait times on furniture these days due to supply chain issues, you’ll have things to sit on a whole lot sooner that way!
Semi related questions as I am considering buying a similarly sized house soon… where did you buy, what was the price, what was your DP, what’s the monthly PITI, and what’s your household take home pay?

6000 sq ft - furnished half of it for about 110k
Still have three empty rooms
Gotcha, well best of luck in building your family!!
I furnished several places by visiting estate sales and scouring offer up. Look for people getting rid of furniture in high end neighborhoods. I’m near Boca , Delray and Miami. If they like you, they end up giving you everything and more. It’s eventually going into the garbage anyway. They care more that their things go to grateful people than making money.
If you have a van or flatbed, you can haul it away. Many times, people can’t get rid of it because no one can manage to move it.
