Hot take. Cut all welfare programs. Take the budget from the programs and give them as monthly cash transfers for All US citizens (with minor tweaks depending on number of dependents). Benefit paid out would be higher than the existing programs as we cut administrative costs and don't have to spend anything on figuring out who qualifies. If it bothers you that rich people would get this, then raise income tax on the highest bracket by 1%.

It’s not that he wouldn’t allow it but wanted us to go in at the original list price and I later found out he knew the listing agent. The industry as a whole needs a shake up in my opinion.
