I'm being offered a role of Senior Lead Consultant in FIS Global.
I want to know what is the hierarchy that is followed in FIS and what is my level in that hierarchy?
Also, what will be the best compensation for this position?
I have 5 Years of experience.

Thinking that is relatively high and if I were to stay next year, I’d get shafted for % ; only reason it’s so high is to retain.

Hey gang, lately I have been thinking if I got underpaid. Graduated from master school right after 2020 pandemic and started by 68K as UXD in digital sales company based in NYC. In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

My recruiter meets every Thursday to get feedback from the interviewer, so I’m not expecting to hear back until next Friday.

Hi, I work in a Fortune 500 company as a markeing specialist. Joined the firm in the summer of 2020 after graduation. Today, my HR rep told me I will get 1.5% increase for the inflation and it is only 1/2 of what other people who had full year. I am not sure this is common in the corporate where they prorate your inflation raise. I got families to take care of and this 1% raise just does not feel good. My performance review was above average as well.
