I would call your local laundromat/dry cleaner and ask about pick-up/delivery wash-and-fold. It won’t cost you $70-100. That is insanely overpriced. I was paying $25 max for 15-20lbs of clothes.
It's one thing that nyc does way cheaper than other places in the US

I don’t use an app. I just go to my local place down the street. Around $15-20 per week of clothes, towels and bedding
Not NYC, but I’ve used a laundry delivery service in Boston and it had always been a great experience. They charge by the pound so I’d say a full hamper of laundry would cost you around ~$70-100 (incl tip). You can specify how you like your laundry to be washed/dried and it’s always returned nicely folded
I've used Lav Express. They pick up/drop off, I like them because they'll hang delicates to dry and get them back to you on hangers. Usually runs me ~$40 with some hang dry.
