Hi all, I am looking for some guidance to break into BCG Design department. They have numerous clients, so talking about a particularly client or project will be difficult. But going by the general rule of thumb, would love someone from BCG to layout what this company actually looking for in a Product designer to hire. BCG Digital Ventures

Incoming audit associate at KPMG here. I'm graduating with my 150 in December and I'm guessing winter folks start around January?
Def wondering if there were any talks of rescinded offers in US, given the economic situation.
And if nothing goes south, what's the current remote work situation like?
DC Metro folks, we should do brunch/happy hour
Please DM if interested asap

And die at 67...
PwC starting partners approx $400k from what I've been told. Per a Partner's own words, the average is $800k.
Dassit? Fuck this.
Anything under 400k doesn't seem to be worth the stress of it all.
The point of being a partner is building to a retirement where basically you make 90% of your end salary till you die. That's the luxury. You work to build the firm like a dog when you work there. And then you retire like a king at 60-65
Nope - EY1 was about right.... but remember there's a lower tax liability as they're owners and taking drawings.... then there's the retirement package...
EY is presents it in brackets...bottom 20% were $325 and below, top 20% were $1.25 and above. Depends on years in the partnership, location, practice, etc. Average was $800.
275k - 1.2M is my best guess for EY
I hear through the grape vine a recently promoted partner making 850k
^ not a chance.
As far as MBB, I have heard that the median is higher but peak is lower
Yea that seems low
MBB has to be higher
I actually don't know. I have heard most make upwards of 1M with some high performers potentially doubling. But that is all chat from lowly As/Cs who don't really know
From a conversation with someone who was a partner both at EY an PWC, average is about 700k
Average is about 800 at PwC... Newly minted can make anywhere from around 350 to double or better if they are bringing in serious amounts of new business... I've heard top few percent of group/practice leaders etc can top 2m
