Depends on level for SA and city. Starting is L4 Associate SA and that's usually around a TC of 150. L5-L7 will range between 200-450 TC. Remember AWS is on a 5/15/40/40 4yr vesting schedule and the first two years include cash bonus to offset the reduced stock.
