How much do staff with 1 year experience at regional firms get paid? Someone I know at Marcum is getting paid 69k, which just seems insane considering I’m expecting a 3k raise to 62k going to year 2z

My current utilization is 105% , and planning to take leave from 12 Dec to 23 Dec i.e will be back to office on 2nd Jan

However, I’ve now been offered a promotion in my existing Role, and have heard that this is a pretty big deal and almost fast track to Director. Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.

So approximately three months ago I accepted a customer service position with a newly “corporate owned company” it was previously locally owned by a local owner. I accepted $15 an hour of the job offer. Previously I worked as a Quality Support Specialist and I am most definitely, as the company is aware, overqualified for my current position. Have people received inflationary raises? My dad received a letter stating that they’re giving him a 6.5% raise + a one time lump sum of $750 bc of inflation, retroactive to July 1st. He works for a university and is part of a union. Kind of feel like my company is being shady because I work in CRE & we do raises + bonuses in February which was when I was planning to ask for an inflationary raise. But I feel like a lot of companies have done this without having their employees ask?

Got 37.08% hike from ASE to SE promotion based on techleap. Just wondering if any Manager or HR can clear. Why is it .08% I mean is it calculated based on some parameters or something.

2 months before we sent everyone home in 2020 we rolled out a "Dress your Day" policy that allowed for professional jeans (dark wash, little to no fade, not skinny jeans/jeggings). Now that we are starting to filter back into the office we are noticing a lot of "slippage" of the dress code.
