This came up in another thread, but is anyone interested in a weekly virtual bible study? If you already belong to one, what's the best app or website. I've been looking for virtual bible studies and haven't had any luck.

Is comp at Salesforce generally competitive? It seems really low if you come in with 3 YOE or less.
Currently in Tech/Saas Sales, and have been in sales for a little over 2 years now. I don’t like it, and have considered pivoting into front-end development as it seems very interesting to me with a lot of career potential. Any recommendations on how to do so with little to no experience? Where to start?
My partner and I (same education, same experience) received an offer for a fairly similar role at the same big tech company.
However, there is a large difference in level and TC in both our offers. How do you deal with this?

Hi all, looking for advice on whether to seek a CS degree. I’m an older guy about to successfully make a career shift in to SWE. I graduated bootcamp last may and I’m about to start my first jr. engineering role at Oracle OCI. I’m in my late 30’s with a couple of kids. Is it worth it for me to seek a CS degree at this time? I’m not afraid of the extra work, but wondering if the eventual payoff would worth the effort. Also I’m concerned about having the skills needed to get Sr. quicker.
How do people get so much LinkedIn recruiters to message you via dms? Seems like my DMs when job hunting are dry AF (just like my dating life but that's another story for another day). I even put myself open to work (not with the public banner though)
I've heard you can negotiate on parts of the offer that aren't salary. In some cases, I've been told directly by recruiters/HR that there isn't room to increase base salary.
What are things you've successfully negotiated on?
Any recruiters/HR folks - do you have hot tips for things to ask for?
Ok I’m curious, how unlikely is it to get a job overseas? Like, I live in the US and wanted to apply to some sort of SC or SE role in Asia, would I just be most likely automatically declined, or would there be an international tech company that supports hiring someone who would move overseas for the role?
Does anybody know AMD’s (or generally in tech) policy on if a candidate declines an offer after signing? I am in a situation where I had to accept their offer as it was really good and there was significant pressure. The other company was really behind in the process but now they’ve come back with a much better offer.
It hasn’t been too long and I know they haven’t invested too much in the on-boarding process. What are the chances of being blacklisted and for how long?
This is an embarrasing question to ask, but at what number do you feel like your net worth is a sign that you're "successful"? I'm honestly trying to evaluate for a sense of where I place within the market/if I've been making intelligent decisions.
Starting a new Sales Engineer job on Monday. What is your advice for things to focus on 30/60/90 days during onboarding?
Hi, I'm working at Nike right now and love it. My TC is $290k and I'm happy with it, and I really enjoy my team, but I've seen a few positions at Netflix and Apple that I'm really interested in. Should I mess with a good thing? Has anyone worked at either company?
