Hi Fishes, I am a Subcon working at CG and have resigned recently with NP of 30 days. Is it necessary to explain as why I have decided to leave? If yes, will it be okay if I tell them practical reason but it would be a lie ofcourse. By any means, i have no intentions of staying back/receiving conversion or even hike since I have a way better opportunity with an organisation of repute and I don't want to get into any corporate politics. Will it be a problem for me if they find out later?Capgemini

I just received an offer to work as an software sales representative (SDR) for IBMs Z systems. I'm coming as a sales engineer in the cloud security space. OP did you receive an offer? And if so from which office? I’m currently interviewing for a similar role at Capital One.
I heard it's about ~$171k, but what's your YOE?
I've seen that number thrown around too, but yeah I assume it's an estimate/average. YOE and location probably feed into what an actual offer will look like.
I've seen anywhere from $165k to over $200k. I would assume that Cap One, being a bigger company, would pay on the higher end.
