I was on an engagement in NYC (live in Chicago) and would drink 3 times during the week + Friday and Saturday. Realized I was having 3 drinks on average per sitting. Thats 15 drinks a week. 60 drinks a month. It’s not worth it. Now I don’t drink at all during the week. Maybe 2-3 drinks TOTAL during the week. Helped me lose weight and have more energy.

Long I have been traveling. Starting from last Friday restricting to 3 drinks per night and I already feel better. Will cut down to 2 and 2.

An unfortunate amount when I’m traveling. Not much if any at home. Think it’s a boredom thing. Should cut down I guess.

Why would you drink during the week? When I wake up even after having one beer I feel it. I do zero during the week and usually 6 on Friday 6 on Saturday
Its casual drinking after work. The plan is unwind, not necessarily get drink. 1 drink before my meal and a second drink with my meal.
3-4 beers per nite m-th...4-5 drinks on Friday flight home...but i do run 3-4 miles a nite... before drinking of course:)
