Personally I feel every single cell of me does not belong to audit, especially when work is more of a hygiene factor while other people-related elements are weighed much more, let alone low pay comparing to the hours. I’ve applied to a job I’m qualified for, description is DMV or remote. I’m not in the area but have WFH experience so I messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn who asked for my resume. After sending my resume they say the job has changed to DMV only. I check the job posting on their site and it still says DMV or remote.

I started a new job at the beginning of the year and things have been great so far. Today I got a message from a recruiter for a role at a startup that sounds really interesting. I’ve always been interested in working at a startup, but don’t think it would be a good idea to move jobs within a year. Should I even talk with the recruiter to learn more or just keep working in a role and company I’m happy with? Thanks for any input.

How do you show demos that span multiple personas whilst keeping the prospect on track? Keen to hear any unconventional ways of solving for this.
