Not including rent / social security / taxes per year:
- €11k on food / lunch / dinner
- €10k on trips / vacations
- €3k on subscriptions / insurances
- €2k on irregular / larger ticket items
- €4K on other stuff, including cloths

So €31k for 2 ppl HH = €2,600 pm

When requesting a raise, has an employer ever asked you for the cost of living? As an example- asking you to list out a future mortgage payment if you purchase a home, the cost of health insurance for your family, etc. Seems intrusive and weird. Raises should based on value, not what a mortgage costs…. but maybe it’s common.

Please advise on first car lease for me. Looking to lease 2021 Corolla XSE in Miami. Originally I wanted to put 4K down and have roughly $190/month for 3 yrs (as advertised). Then I was told here that is a bad idea in case something happens to the car. Now I am given a quote: $0 down for $384. $2.5 down for $331. $2K down for $346. And then it says Residual $15,336. What do you think of this deal? Is this too expensive? Anything I should be aware of?
