I think it’s a messy situation but for the sake of being fair I’d love to hear both sides on it/I don’t know if posting this to social media was a wise move on her end

I think it’s contingent on where you live. $125/week in NYC and I live by myself.
Married with 1 kid is $350/month
Very impressive esp w/ a kid. Me and my SO spend about 500/mo and we try not to order take out. We try to buy in bulk or for sales. Prob something I'm missing.. Can't imagine 350/mo.
Family of 4. Probably spending $3-400 at Whole Foods. +veg box $50. 1 take-out $50.
Still probably less than normal...eating out at work etc.
Family of 4 also and we are in that ballpark too.
Family of 5 adults, we spend 1500/month. Sounds like an insane amount, but only 300/person after some quick math

It’s become horrible in Brooklyn. No grocery sales. Prices jacked up. I just got charged $10 for 3 bell peppers. I would feel better if I knew the profits were going to hazard pay for workers but somehow suspect that’s not happening

3 adults and 1 toddler for $500 a month in DC. Would love to decrease this!!
Around 100/ week and around 60 takeout. Sometimes goes overboard as I need them munchies ;)
Single - $100 a month (excluding the rare occasion of eating out)
Real skint
Family of 2, around $100 per week for food and then however much delivery costs us a few nights.
