I find by the time I'm done for the day, dinners done, kids are in bed I just want me time and my other half pulls for my time... and not wanting to give it feels like Im the AHole. Watching 90 mins of Netflix is great and all ...but I do also find the things I want for me falls to the back of the line.

Pretty much 24/7 unless he is working. But he’s also my best friend and we can do our own separate things while being in the same room. I don’t think there’s one right way - you just have to figure out what works best for you two. It’s ok to say that you want some alone time occasionally as long as you are still making time to “date” and bond with your SO.
My boyfriend and I have both been working from home for about two years now. We basically see each other all the time. We work in different rooms but have meals together, walk the dog during breaks,.. We both love it.
We give each other space and we make certain not to take their space personal. I'm an introvert and I work longer hours than my partner, some days I just need two hours after work to do my own thing.I then give her the weekends for us to go out and about. The key is to understand what puts too much pressure on the other person and to care enough to act on it.
