Texas is not Midwest. It's the dirty south

Southwest region - Dallas, Houston

Thats a funny way to describe texas. Sorry from California so Texas is more midwest...guess its just perspective. I think COL is mid to low there so I would guess around $90-100k depending on if you early promote.

I think GT1 is relatively accurate in terms of Deloitte's approximate M1 salary there, as well.

Haha uhh Texas is not SW

Texas is literally Central America

As an M1, you could be as low as $82k or as high as $95k depending on ratings. I think very few people will fall outside of that range.

How many first year analysts here started as interns? What did you guys do to get those jobs?

Currently have personal AMEX. Just got offered 50K sign up, $200 travel credit, Pre check, centurion/delta lunges etc for AMEX Platinum. Anyone have it? How does it compare to CSR?

Did I set my career back two+ years by accepting an Analyst offer after interviewing for Consultant? ~ 3 years in industry and was being offered Senior Financial Analyst roles but wanted to get into consulting. Was told on the call for my offer that they were extending the offer as analyst because I "didn't have consulting experience" but they hit my salary ask and I got excited and went with it without arguing. Now that I've been here ~6 mos., I keep feeling like I screwed up my path forward

Lap baby next to me, I probably deserve this.

Typically pay bump or pay cut leaving as a manager, to an industry role in Atlanta?

I am reviewing the new EY/Accenture tax preparation process, and I don’t feel confortable allowing Accenture to see my non work related financial/tax information. Am i miss-informed?

Two different United flights me & a family member booked were canceled within 24hrs of each other due to ground staff shortages… anyone else have this happen to them?

Lol @ the folks lining up to board when we don't even have a plane yet...
