Thats a funny way to describe texas. Sorry from California so Texas is more midwest...guess its just perspective. I think COL is mid to low there so I would guess around $90-100k depending on if you early promote.

I think GT1 is relatively accurate in terms of Deloitte's approximate M1 salary there, as well.

As an M1, you could be as low as $82k or as high as $95k depending on ratings. I think very few people will fall outside of that range.

Currently have personal AMEX. Just got offered 50K sign up, $200 travel credit, Pre check, centurion/delta lunges etc for AMEX Platinum. Anyone have it? How does it compare to CSR?

Did I set my career back two+ years by accepting an Analyst offer after interviewing for Consultant? ~ 3 years in industry and was being offered Senior Financial Analyst roles but wanted to get into consulting. Was told on the call for my offer that they were extending the offer as analyst because I "didn't have consulting experience" but they hit my salary ask and I got excited and went with it without arguing. Now that I've been here ~6 mos., I keep feeling like I screwed up my path forward
