Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... Hey fishies, need some advice. I got a job offer from a Saas company today.

My previous salary was $85k (base salary, no commission or bonus)

New job offer is $122k OTE (50% base, 50% variable commission + bonus)
Base = $61k
Commission = $37.5k
Bonus= $23.6k (paid quarterly)

TA + Hiring Manager both said the team reaches 100-150% sales target every month.

The salary range for the role is $120k-$180k OTE, I was expecting to be offered the higher quartile of that range

Looking to get some insights in PwC's bonus policies. I have an offer from PwC in their Salesforce practice and the bonus offered is a range of 27% to 35%. But they have not included that bonus % in the offer letter. For those who have worked at PwC, is this a norm? Have you seen them follow through the Bonus payout? Does the bonus % change significantly from YOY? What are the individual objectives/targets that need to be met at the Sr Manager level to earn the bonus?

I am having 5yrs of industrial experience (all of it in Deloitte USI). My work experience is extensively on Microsoft Development Techs like -.NET, API, MVC, Database etc..I do have some basic knowledge about CSS, HTML, Js etc.

Now I am thinking if it's a good time to do some executive / certification courses. If so, please suggest the course, college etc. Or if I shall continue working and try to either switch or expand my knowledge domain.
