For Accenture strategy, it's 75 as analyst, 85 as senior analyst, and then 100 as consultant (no mba)

like

Started at 72k, went to 77k after year 1, 87k after year 2/promotion to Consultant. And given how unstable our job is and the fact that it pretty much sucks mon-thurs, it's not enough 😑

like

What'd u start at? Promotes are typically around 15%

Started at $72K & now I'm $75K after a year

You could ask ur cc to confirm, but I know this year was around 15% and that's typically the range. Some ppl told me 20-25% before but they didn't prove to be reliable resources for that kind of info

Is Analyst to Senior Analyst 15%? Or Senior Analyst to Consultant?

- Equity: $85k
- TC: ~$200k
- Currently in brand management, switching to product marketing
- MBA grad (T-15)
- Remote role based out of current location

Thanks in advance!

Came across the concept of “cash envelope stuffing” on youtube. Seems like a pretty good concept to avoid overspending on each category of expenses.
I am trying to get some ideas to incorporate this concept using multiple bank accounts/ cards. Where I allocate a set budgeted amount of money each month, to each bank account tagged for a specific category (groceries, vacation, emergency fund, etc). Is this something you have tried or have any ideas on how to go about it? Do you recommend this?
