Would u do the switch back to public (left public just recently)?

I had to decline a first round interview after resume submission with another Big 4 because I wanted to talk with my current employer first + had some relocation issues/decisions to deal with. Thoughts on compensation? Have an offer that is less in salary than what I wanted (it’s on par with what I currently make) but the annual bonus is quite a bit more. I got them to go up a very small amount in salary. They couldn’t do more than that but said they could make up the difference with annual bonus (increase it to a higher percentage). Bonus is based on company performance and individual. Company does really well they may add extra, company does bad it could only be half. Cont’d..
