Hi, I have a situation where I’m not able to take decision. I was in job search so been attending interviews. 3 weeks ago, I got offer from insurance company, so o accepted offer did shared all my docs for H1 transfer(still in progress with USCIS) start date 05/16. And 2 days ago I got another offer from banking client with almost 25k difference of base pay of first client. And benefits from banking client is much better. And they gave start date at 06/27. How do I say this to my first offer?

Recruiter reached out saying I will be receiving an offer and wanted to get my comp expectation. I gave a reasonable expectation based on level of the role. Recruiter said that’s too high. I politely mentioned that I’m happy to work with what the comp team gets back with as I really like the role. They said they will submit my paperwork by end of the day. That was Tuesday. Haven’t heard back since. Does it take this long or they slotted someone else for the role during this timeframe?

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. I Have interviewed on TCS , i have cleared the technical round, i was asked to upload documents that too is verified by HR and gor call regarding salary discussion and sent me salary structure acceptance for releasing offer, my status in iBegin is "Evaluation in Process" its almost 10 days not recieved offer letter till yet.
