I can confidently tell you that SAPs cloud migration brought us 100's of millions of dollars. Small F500's are worth millions/year and larger ones are 10-100M/ year depending on the sector. Obviously migration consulting fees cost less than the AWS run rate changes, but you can use AWS utility charges and calculate consulting fees as a percentage of that. 2-7% of the first 3 years' run rate is a good ballpark.

helpful

It depends on what you are migrating - eg SAP migrations are way more complicated than a home grown web app

It depends on the complexity-some could be $10k for a simple one page web app to multi millions for a large complex system

Does anyone know why I lose more weight when I eat 2000 calories vs when I eat 1200 calories? For reference, I am currently 5’7 F and 128 lbs. I cannot work out for another month due to an expiring CPA exam so I am definitely losing muscle mass. When I calorie count, I account for every little thing such as the vegetable oils or the tbs of salt. The 1200 calories is usually an extremely large meal + fruits + soup. The 2000 calories is usually a meal from a restaurant + fruits + a sandwich.

I’ve been trying to get some graphic design side projects to potentially pivot to self-employed designer. I think I have a competitive portfolio, but I’m having a hard time finding gigs. I tried Fiverr, but it is hard to compete with the prices they charge there. I know many people in the field, as I hang out mostly with designers and creatives, but not many people that could be a client. Any advice?

Had a convo with an MD at a bank about mba associates off cycle (not graduating in may) basically said off cycle candidates for an mba associate are hard to hire as they will not go through the modeling boot camp, and will most likely not have prior transaction experience. I currently have a “retainer” agreement set up with a client for a certain number of deliverables over the course of a month and a half. They told me it would not be big lift, so we agreed on “half day” rates. Obviously, once the work got started it became more than a half day. Now they are trying to add more deliverables and think it should be included in our scope. I think I should charge them for the extra deliverables. What do you think?
