How much does EA makes typically?

I'm trying to negotiate a better salary as a market research consultant in the Bay Area. Currently earning 85k base pay, but I feel this is lower than average in this area. Currently on the path to become a director this year - just to give you an idea where I am right now. Tried Glassdoor but I feel that s skewed down a bit. What do you think? Fair salary, too low, too high?

I’m an associate at a regional BigLaw firm in the Midwest. I’m in one of the smaller markets for my firm, and while salary is at the top of the local market, I do work for other higher-rate markets and bill BigLaw hours. My comp is roughly 20% of my annual billables, while comp for associates in larger markets is roughly 30% of annual billables. Am I getting screwed?

Counter offer I had was 25L including PF.

Tried to negotiate with HR to give atleast 23L.
But HR didn't agreed..

Now as offer was never released I am asking my friend to return what he gauranteed..and he is denying...
