Those who have transitioned from Lit to Transactional - (1) do you have any regrets and/or (2) why is transactional better in your opinion?

I am so sick of the client reporting requirements, bullshit deadlines, and the voluminous amount of cases any given lit attorney is responsible for handling at a given time. Also, Civil Procedure is not followed and most judges rule based on their discretion, which annoys me - like what is the point? Sorry for bitching, but I’m considering making a switch.

I have been scheduled for an interview with hiring manager and a second interview with two Sr technical consultant. I have some questions based that this will be my first interview as a technical consultant, does this position has to do any sales?
