Have a question for immigrant 🐠 with US citizen spouse. I am planning to apply for OCI card for my wife for our travel plans to India in Dec. The OCI criteria mentions that your marriage should have been registered and subsisted for not less than 2 years. That means i cannot apply for OCI card till 2 years after marriage.
