How much does Natwest Group pay for Senior Associate and AVP level?
I heard they are no way close to banks like Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse. For Senior Associate they don't pay more than 25 Lakh whereas for AVP they don't pay beyond 30 lakh. Is this true ? I am asking for Risk Management Profiles.

The best thing for my anxiety and depression has been admitting to myself I despise my job and career, and likely the corporate world, and that attempting to continue climbing the ladder was causing pretty much all my mental turmoil. Moving up the ladder is a fools errand. Every day my mind was fighting me for trying to get promoted because I knew it was meaningless. So with that said, mental health has been best it’s been in a long time. For anyone else in a similar boat, hope it helps.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
