I’ve been working as a paralegal in the capital markets group of a white shoe law firm in NYC. I took this job coming out of college with the intention of going to law school. But I find myself much more interested in the transactions I work on than the legal matters surrounding them. So instead, I want to pursue an MBA to pivot to banking. But I’m concerned that my current job puts me at a disadvantage for admissions. How can I position myself to get into T15 MBA if applying in 2-3 years?

CPA FAR Exam first week of January. At the moment, I’m not confident at all (NINJA trending score 60%). When is the latest someone should schedule a CPA exam in January? I’m currently wrapping up a 9/30 YE, but unsure of when the 12/31 YE busy season really picks up in January.

M’y 1 year toddler keeps waking up 3-4 times a night crying and the only thing that calms him is a bottle of milk. I am tired of this routine and can barely function on the next day. I tried everything and it’s not working (water instead of milk, pacifier...). Any ideas please? During the day, he has a late breakfast (10am since he’s not hungry before that), he naps and usually has lunch around 1pm-2pm, a snack and dinner. I am tired 🤦‍♀️
