Does anyone know how people who already filed their AOS (i-485) will be affected by this? I'm vaccinated but my AOS was filed in March along with medical examination and I'm concerned this will delay the process even more :(

Hi Fishes,
I hope you are all doing great.
Please help me with the below query
I joined Legato Health Technologies with the below discussed package with HR in email.
10 LPA + 50k shift allowance
But I'm getting a salary of 10LPA only, in my salary slip the shift allowance is adjusted in 10LPA.
It's been 6 months.
Is this normal? What are the steps I have to take?
Thanks in advance.

Two data points on cost:
1st cycle we did 2 IUI, 1 IVF with 1fresh and 1frozen transfer, at a clinic that was out of network for our insurance. We spent about $16k out of pocket. That was net of insurance paying around $7k for meds and some of the procedures. And we did not do PGS testing that round, which would have been another $4k from memory, out of pocket.
2nd round we did 1 IVF, PGS testing and 1 frozen transfer. It was $600 out of pocket because work paid $25k for treatments and $10k for meds. I believe the $600 was for egg freezing and andrology that wasn’t covered by the ART allowance.
Worth asking your target clinic if they’re in-network and what the typical self-pay balance is for all the services you require. Good luck!
Call the clinic and talk to someone. Most of them have rate sheets for services and will tell you. What you may not know is your specific treatment plan which will alter things slightly.
Ivf here was $13,500 per cycle, $15,500 with PGS testing. That did not include the drugs.
Most have difference prices with/without insurance. Same with the pharmacies for drugs as well. Sometimes it’s better to pay out of pocket and not go against insurance.
