I’m 6 weeks pregnant, and my boss just asked if I want to attend a big meeting next week, which would require flying and staying in a hotel. I’m 2 weeks past my first moderna shot. On the one hand, it’s flattering she wants me to come and a good opportunity, but on the other hand, is the risk worth it? Would you all go?

Additional Posts in Healthcare

I just graduated from college this year and I’ve been blessed to receive several job offers. I obtained my dream job, but the salary as an entry level employee isn’t very sufficient. I received an offer for a remote position, so I was wondering if it would be possible to manage two full time jobs at the same time if one is remote and the other was on site. Of course, I would make both employers aware and seek permission. I would really appreciate the community’s thoughts on this.

Currently in outpatient ortho PT. Been in the career for several years and I’ve enjoyed it but I’m wanting to look for other opportunities outside of patient care. No interest in doing a residency or teaching. I’ve been thinking of doing an MBA but unsure of what opportunities out there such as admin roles, ortho sales, consulting, etc. I’ve taken several business classes in undergrad and enjoyed them. Looking for advice on career transition and whether an MBA is worth it. Thanks!
