I found that there is no VPF declaration in EY 🙄.

How is it calculated then? How is VPF amount deducted? For tax calculation purposes?

Any opinions on whether mortgage rates are likely to go up in next 6 weeks or so? Trying to decide on whether to get a rate lock or not. No cost to lock, but would pay a hefty fee to unlock if rates went lower. Leaning toward not locking. I’m guessing any rate changes in either direction won’t be too large anyway, so probably pretty low stakes decision?

I have 3 rentals and one primary, all rentals and primary are single family homes, all have 50% to 60%. in equity, I want to buy another property, this time a triplex or fourplex but I don’t want to refinance to pull cash out, what’s the most effective way to get a loan for a down payment to a another property. I'm 22 and just starting out my career, I've done good at saving my money and I have investments, but my emergency fund (3 mo living expenses) in just in my savings account from when I was a child. Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
