Have an offer for a role that is fully remote for $200k TC. Have a call with recruiter for another similar role that is hybrid (2/3 days in office). How much should I ask for to make up for the hybrid thing instead of full remote?

9 weeks after being laid off ... I got an offer today that far surpasses everything I’ve hoped for in consulting... low travel, no utilization worries and no sales bogey. I’m glad I kept my tech skills up.

Does your firm count auto closed pursuits as a part of your performance, ie lost? Also, if the client decides not to do the work - do you consider that as a loss and part of your win/loss ratio?
