Need a bit more context to know how aggressive you can be. Without that context I’d say 25% above their offer

It depends. Some firms, like PwC, are on a cohort which doesn’t leave much room for negotiation.
So it really depends on how the firm structures their comp and what you’ve found in your research.
Depends what you are trying to accomplish. Salary isn’t everything - RSUs and other forms of comp make a larger impact depending your level.
Also - look at sign on bonus or other non-salary related comp. Some companies have ability to move these without high level approvals.
Most I have seen are in the range of 0% - 15%.
You can get a lot further by throwing out an aggressive number at the start of a process. There's not a lot of room to negotiate once they've put a package together but relatively easy to find additional budget early.

Salary bands usually have around 20-25% wiggle room (you need room to grow). That doesn’t mean you can get that up front though. The higher the offer is on the band for the title, the less negotiating room there is.
Golden rule: Add one zero. So 1100
Can you elaborate on this please? Are you saying ask for 1100 more or 1100x12 can be added to the offer?
What happens if the salary offer is less than 6 figures if you removed the first 3 zeros before adding a 0 to the numbers to the left of the comma?
