Thinking about looking for something new to up my salary. Love my current company, but salaries haven’t felt competitive and I don’t foresee a significant raise anytime soon. Hello guys, in my offer letter PF component is 68400 for the year.
In payslip they are adding
Basic
HRA
Special allowance

And deducting 5700 of monthly pf component from the total of above three.
Shouldn't they add 5700?
Or does it mean 5700 from the company +5700 from me is being added to PF every month ?
