I am an electrical engineer working in a Data center having 5 years of experience and getting 5 LPA which is so less to survive in a city like mumbai. I have below offers Im considering and further negotiation is not possible because of budget constraints.

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)
