I am graduating MBA in 2 weeks and have two offers on hand, one from Amazon in their Finance Leadership Development Program and another from Marcum LLP for Transaction Advisory Manager. I did summer internship at Amazon but worked at Deloitte in TAS befor MBA. what are your thoughts?? Which is a better one? Pay is pretty much same in both cases although Marcum has higher base pay

I am RRT of almost 20 years. The last 7 years I’ve worked as a clinical liaison for an LTACH. I’ll finish my MBA in October. I don’t have any operations management experience. I was only a team lead for 3 years. Im struggling to figure out a path forward. I don’t have any hands on experience with budgets and making financial decisions. Any suggestions?

Relocating to America is such a big ask but I wonder, is an MBA worth it? I decided a good compromise would be to do it in the UK but he seems to believe that US is better.

I’m looking to apply to M7 in 2023 and wondering if I should continue in my role and progress to more impact and responsibilities, or if I should try to pivot to a more typical but new pre-mba role like strategy consulting if my post-mba goal is MBB?

Leaning towards staying, but with MBB as a mid term goal I can’t decide.

I just had an employee tell me they are on the verge of quitting due to burnout- actually going to quit but was told to talk to HR for options (we don't have any in place). The manager wants to keep them as they are one of our best employees.

This should not be impressive but I billed over 6 hours today working 9-6 with a one hour lunch and minor interruptions. Normally I bill 4 hours from 9-5 so it’s amazing how much I get done when I don’t chat with coworkers and go on social media lol.
