How much important for a BA to have a specific domain knowledge?
I am currently giving interviews and everyone asking for BFSI only.
I have 2 options in my hand one is a startup company with thier own small product and one from banking domain company but in case of second option I have to relocate to Mumbai, I am also getting married in January.
I am already 5 years experienced now and want to choose right option for my career. Can anyone suggest something?

I get serious headche on my forehead, heavyness in head and pain in the eyes after working on computer screen for more than half n hour.
I also start feeling that I will puke if I continue to work. This is seriously affecting my work as I am a developer who has to code for hours.
I consulted an eye doctor and he says everything looks fine.
I have tried everything, rest in between, proper light eye drops etc but nothing seems to work.

I work as a SAP ABAP developer with 7 years experience. I chose IBM due to work life balance and exposure to SAP.

My hiring manager said it looks good for Python and SQL+ETL but he wants me to do python scripting questions in the client interview which I am not much aware of. Dear fishes, recently I was interviewed for lead position by two good product based companies and I cleared all the rounds, but both HRs are saying, you are technically good so we can offer you senior software engineer position not the lead position.

For senior software position, I will get Max 15% hike only.

For lead position, I will get around 30% to 40% hike.

Tech : Quality assurance lead (automation + functional + performance testing)
