I’ve got an opportunity that I want some outside perspective on. Basically, a board member over several tech startups would like to have me work as a “fractional COO” over a few of them to help them get up and running. I’m thinking about how to manage it financially and considering charging by the hour ($100/hr, working 5-15 hr per week in each as needed). Should I be asking for equity? Is $100/hr too much? Too little? What software should I use to manage these relationships? Which pay software?

I feel like I have a really negative relationship with my ADHD. As a child it really irritated and stressed out my mother so as soon as I mellowed out a little bit I always thought of it as a really negative thing.
