As long as it’s not gross misrepresentation (you claimed you were a senior manager when you were a consultant), then you shouldn’t worry about it!

As a recent move, I got copy of my last BG and Deloitte puts your primary title in the BG request, doesn’t mention roles. I think being in consulting is easy to explai. That your role changed based on projects and client needs. Deloitte role is more to confirm title/level imo.

I've been looking for salaries for various position with Big 4 assurance, but information is all over the place. So after some research here, reddit, goingconcern, glassdoor, etc. I've put this info together: !! The salary grid below is for Big 4 Audit, HCOL (NYC,SF), gross amounts without bonus !! Of course they can be higher or lower by a few k's on each position depending on impact tier, but I tried to look for average amounts. If you have information please post it so we can update.
