Has anyone ever been a victim to a team member’s jealousy? I have this person on my team who tears apart my work in front of all the creative directors. It makes me look bad.. I can’t help but take her comments personally. I can’t help but think there’s some jealousy- she has so much energy to rip someone apart. I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. My YoE is 2.9 years. Is it really worth taking such an offer ? Any suggestions are appreciated
