Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. Looking for some advice on a career change. I work in a technical role and have well-developed soft skills. I want to transition to UX (w/ focus on accessibility). There are a lot of UX educational programs out there, some very new, e.g. Dribbble, and costs are all over the place - General Assembly is $15k (and full-time), CareerFoundry almost $8k, and then many others at a fraction of the price. Reviews also vary wildly. Are these more expensive programs worth the huge increase in cost?

Hi Everyone, I have joined IBM 2 weeks back and project is not assigned to me yet. Now the thing is IBM has my previous company as client, Now HR asking me to work over there for atleast 6months. But am not at all interested to go over there and work.

Can we reject this project and ask IBM HR to show me some other projects. TILL NOW NO OTHER PROJECT IS SHOWN TO ME

Even my people manager also wants to work me there but I told him not interested. Will it effect me in any way at IBM.
