How much is the salary for senior manager in sales at accenture. I m under negotiation

Hello Professionals, I left the company on 28th March 2022. Now, the company is not paying me last quarter(Jan-March 2022) Performance / Quarterly bonus which was part of my CTC.
Have anyone faced a similar experience ??

$180k base, $35k sign-on bonus, full relocation, 35% bonus - 20% cash and 15% equity - 15% equity bonus is assured forever with 3 year vesting. Cash bonus fixed as long as rated average. Overall happy with offer but want to evaluate it against possible growth if I stay at B4.

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

I’m up for early promotion, and I’m curious about the raise %. By getting promoted early I’ll be missing out on one year of 5-8% at my current position compared to most of my peers in the new one. Do early promo raises ever account for this or are they the usual annual + promotion %? If they don’t account for it I feel like it leaves me under compensated compared to my peers. Even with one less year of experience I would still be doing the same job and expect the same compensation.

I honestly don’t hate my job, but I hate being fat and not having a predictable schedule. I think this weekend i’ve had some time to reflect and every increase in salary is totally not worth it.

It been almost two months since he joined the organization . Can anyone kindly suggest what he has to do on this situation. Got 14% hike on fixed and 12% vp
Current fixed pay is 13lpa, CTC 14lpa
