After all is said and done - I’d still want a 6 month emergency fund.
Safety net is strong, so I do have some confidence there.
Depends on how much you’re comfortable with.
Also, are you putting down 10%? 20%? I think if you’re putting down 10% you should use more cash to put more down, that way you reduce the amount you’re borrowing. If you are closer to 20% down, maybe hold onto some extra cash?
Idk the exact amount, but I bet like $10k would be enough for any emergencies? But again, it’s what your comfortable with

My wife and I’s target for a $900k budget is 20% down plus closing costs and $20k house specific emergency fund
