Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.
Thank you!
Is joining a new internal branch good for associates? I currently was assigned to train on a new technology with my firm that has very limited contracts in this tech. They are really shooting to grow it. Is this a good place to be in for promotion or a risk given that the branch doesn’t pick up. Thanks in advance KPMG

Can anyone who works in FAANG or similar companies tell me more about the creative/technological freedom there?
I mean I have heard that they allow you to enlist in any project in any technology that interests you and even lets you start new projects if it is approved by management. How far is this true? Manhattan, or are you willing to live in some place like LIC, the Bronx, or Jersey even?
Assuming you don't have to be in Manhattan proper, you could probably start being comfortable-ish at around $250k pretax I would say. You'll have to rent your whole life but you could live middle class lifestyles and be able to save a bit for retirement.
$250k pretax, let's say about $150k post tax. Save/invest $50+k of that a year. Spend $50+k on rent and utilities. Remainder is flexible.
