How much of a cut to expect when going from freelance to full time? I'm already paid W2 in a large global agency for one client only.

Want to have some realistic expectations of how negotiations will go.

I am currently an undergraduate student studying Computer Science. Can someone suggest me roles that can make six figures? I know that the entry level jobs do not have six figures but later with 3-5 YOE what roles can make $100k-$200k? I am not very familiar with the job roles out there.
Job roles that I know can make six figures are:
Software engineer
Data scientist
Developers

Who has worked with company NDAs in the past? Not Client NDAs, but one that was put forth by the company you work for? To me, it gets real sticky with being able to show work in your book if you have signed an NDA.

Got the following offers on the table:

1. Big 4 - Manager, $180k + $20k sign on, told a good expectation is 12-15% bonus next year. 1.5% 401k match and 3% pension contribution. First year cash would be around $225k
2. New, well funded advisory arm of an established business - Engagement manager, $210k, 20-25% bonus. 2.5% 401k match. First year cash closer to $250k

Big 4 is a defined path with history, reputation, and exits. Other place is largely unknown but a lot of comp.

Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

How much time should we should wait for offer letter release, once all the discussion of salary already happened ?

HYPOTHETICAL: Your divorce client found what is likely very illegal drugs in their spouse’s suitcase (they innocently borrowed the suitcase). There’s no legitimate chain of custody here for an arrest. How would you use this in the custody case? Would you simply have police pick it up from your office and fill out a report (knowing they won’t test the substance for a definitive conclusion)? The type of presumed drug exits the system within 4 days so a court ordered drug test may be useless.

It looks like Marketing Ops roles have been largely spared from the layoffs. What is everyone else seeing and experiencing out there? I work for a small business and on March 4th I was offered a higher level position with a much higher set of responsibilities. I was excited and agreed pending a conversation regarding salary that was to take place one week later on 3/11. I immediately saw that I was being tasked projects and added to emails that had to do with my new title and as a team player, I did my part.
