Best and worst part about working for a TPA?
Its around 2 months I have joined Nagarro.. I was mapped to different projects around 4-5 but the skill set was not fulfilling , so couldn't make it. I am still on bench..

Yoe-3
Position - Senior engineer
Any one from Nagarro can help?? What usually happens in these cases?
Whom shall I reach to in these concerns?
I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Strategy has less of an obvious career path on the industry side. If you want to do strat, it's probably best to stay. The question is, why? Do you like the challenge and the ambiguity?
Be careful with chief of staff roles. Sometimes the work is strategic and business critical. Other times, you're making mother's day cards and making bio slides and ghostwriting emails. Really depends on what that specific opportunity wants.
How do you know that your passion is strategy? Maybe think what about it is exciting to you and how you can get that in the jobs you’re applying for and getting. Not sure I’d be passionate enough about most things to disregard doubling in my salary
And that’s exactly why it’s conflicting, I don’t know how much I’ll get when I apply internally, almost certainly not as much. Double is a lot of money. Then again, work will align more with what I like.
